Shipping policy

Please email our customer service team at sales@capegrim666vodka.com.au if you have any specific shipping requests or further questions.
Deliveries will be dispatched from warehouses within 72 hours of a completed order (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) once payment has been received.
Orders placed outside office hours and weekends will be not processed until the following business day.
Please note: delivery timelines are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Cape Grim 666 Vodka’s reasonable control. If we are aware of a delay we will contact you.
Deliveries cannot be made to anywhere outside of Australia. If the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Cape Grim 666 Vodka is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.
Shipping is a $12 flat rate (standard) within Australia via capegrim666vodka.com.au.
Refunds & returns
Returns of goods will only be accepted if the goods are faulty or should we make an error with your order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
